After one hundred launches in a week of intense training with SUPERDELL, Clint takes his one hundred and first flight! He proves his stuff and the value of world class instruction with this almost no wind launch on some slippery California mud! Slipping and a sliding he still gets off the ground no problem in only about 15 feet!!! This is an excellent example of how training with a true master and getting the right equipment really makes the difference. SUPERDELL launches first on the Flat Top 120 and medium K2 with a picture perfect launch you would expect from the world’s best pilot and then Clint launches the Flat Top 200 SUPER and large K2 in the tricky conditions and even though he gets a rough start with the glider coming up a bit crooked his mastery of the skills taught by SUPERDELL becomes quickly evident as he keeps it under control and makes it happen. If you have to think about what’s happening and how you should respond to it you will be far to slow to recover from less than perfect conditions. Here you can see clearly the phenomenal quality of instruction by watching the glider come up crooked, in light wind, on a slippery surface and the new pilot that had never touched a paraglider 8 days earlier is now responding instinctively to correct the situation.
