Paragliding Torrey Pines for the first time
My first flight… With an instructor. A few dives and small wing overs, and lots of fun! The music is Falling Down by Tears for Fears… I just realized the irony in that but whatever. And youtube please dont pull my audio off just because of the music! I gave them credit! They deserve it! And no one wants a video audio-less!

iPhone 4G video sample – Leif Thor RIDGE SURFING at Fort Funston – Windpower!
iPhone 4G video samples a friend took of me flying out at Funston. Most hang glider pilots have a unique and special character in the air. Mine appears to be flying close to the ground, and I’ve been doing it happily for over 20 years now. Also included is some slow motion iPhone samples. Hang Glider: Wills Wing, Tandem Falcon 2 – second version My first tandem Hang Gliding (video) flight at Andy Jackson Airpark, San Bernardino, California on 2nd May 2009. I lived my lifetime dream. 20 minutes flight video edited down to 3:40 minutes. It gave me an unparalleled sense of freedom, feeling of weightlessness, truly an amazing experience and often feel like a bird..flying high through down the sky looking down on the mountains, lakes, small roads & small houses below. This is certain moment of my life that will make me smile when I look back on them. Thanks to my instructor Rob McKenzie & Dianne McKenzie @www.flytandem.com. I could not do it without your help Rob.
