Placivel its a Popular Paraglider launch in la Victoria, Aragua State, Venezuela, it had two main Launch Zones: “Valley” (Valle) South Wind, just park your car, pick your gear and deploy it in the front of the restaurant, have a nice flight! If the wind its Blowing from the east, you have to do a 20 min. walk to the other side of the Hill, there are two main launch zones: “Up” (terrain its a bit rought, bad for canopy and lines)but you gain a few meters since you launch with major height, this its good in weak days. “Down”: more room for wings, grass (now dry) more friendly for the canopy and easiest launch, in video I launch from the East Down launch. www.teamaltovuelo.com
