After a day of ground training and a tandem flight, I did my first solo flight that same evening! A beautiful evening for a first flight… it was pure magic, I felt very relaxed and enjoyed the view of the mountains and the sound of cow bells below. You can hear all the instructions they gave me through the radio (video taken by Paul from half way down the mountain)

We went paragliding in Grindelwald! Kyle and I both did tandem flights – and got photos and video of our flights. We took the cable car up to First for our takeoff, then glided through the air for about 20 minutes or so. It was amazing. You can find out more here: www.paragliding-jungfrau.ch
